Mechanism To Implement 5S

You can create Autonomous Leadership In Each Level In The Organisation

  • Introduction and kickoff
  • Conducting a 2-day 5s Awareness Training (9am – 5pm)
  • Setting Up 5s committee and auditing team 
  • Clarifying area of responsibility

Estimated Duration: 2 Days

Our consultant will conduct the 5S coaching with the following mechanism, each month is to be repeated for Seiri, Seiton, Season, Seiketsu & Shitsuke respectively:

  • 1 coaching / week for first 3 weeks in every month
  • 1 audit on the 4th week in every month
  • 2 hours / session for each coaching & audit
