ISO 28000 is Security Management System in supply chain. This system helps you to prevent against any possible security risk (eg: theft, loss, terrorism) in your supply chain.  

Stage 1:  Awareness training, establishing and reviewing the documentation (1.5 months)

  • ISO 28000 awareness training 
  • Setting up ISO Security Management System (SMS) committee
  • SMS requirements briefing as per standard
  • Review on the existing manual, procedure and forms
  • Revise and upgrade the existing documents

Stage 2: Guidance on implementation of requirements, internal audit, management review & compliance audit (2.5 months) 

  • Guiding staff during implementation of new standard
  • Monitoring KPI and achievement
  • Consultant acting as the lead auditor and guiding the appointed-auditor (by company)
  • Performing internal audit and updating the audit report
  • Follow up on the internal audit findings

Estimated 4 months for new application. 

Only 2 type of fees are involved.

  1. Consultation fee
  2. Audit fee (audit fee is paid to a 3rd party company, which you can choose your own auditor or recommended by us). 

Fee category 

  • For company with less than 50 employees: RM35,000
  • For company with less than 100 employees: RM38,000
  • Ala Carte: a fee of RM3,000 will be added based on the multiplication of 50 employees 
  • All fees written are exclusive of 6% SST                 

As far as we know, it’s around RM10k. You may check it out with any ISO audit company

You may estimate RM10k. However pls check with the respective auditor as it’s charge by another 3rd party audit company, not us.
